Project Management

Being engaged early allowed Clarke Facades to provide options and advice for overcoming potential challenges faced when constructing the building envelope. At Clarke Facades, we believe that early engagement it vital to the success of a project.

Due to the centralised nature of the scheme, the main challenges faced were limited access along with certain logistical problems. The Clarke Façade team overcame such obstacles by operating from mast climbers and communicating closely with Bouygues UK on all matters.

Project Scope

Another key success factor when completing the scheme was to openly communicate with predecessor and follow on trades.
