The FPDC Plaisterers’ Awards is one of the oldest industry competitions and is widely recognised for rewarding the highest standards of skill and excellence in plastering and associated trades.
In 2009, over 40 entries were received with many inspiring and remarkable projects nominated to receive prestigious award. Contracts spanned a wide range of sectors including health and education, leisure and retail, residential and private.
All the winning projects were outstanding examples of skilled craftsmanship. The awards were split into six categories: Fibrous & GRG, Plastering, Screeding, Drylining, Steel Framed Systems and Technical Ceilings.

“An impressively consistent piece of work using Stolit, consistent texture throughout, even on soffits and on elevations up to 18metres high. Well set out and impressively detailed V cuts in the render with no visible day-work joints.”
