Clarke Facades are committed to the highest standards of workmanship and the use of the best materials available. Quality of course does not end there, quality is a value that transcends through every process of the business model. From pre-contract enquiry, through works on-site, to post-contract client support and partnership.

Clarke Facades are in the process of further developing their current systems of operations in to a documented quality management system that is based on the International Standard BS EN ISO 9001: 2008, that describes the management of the Company.

Policy Statement

It is the policy of the Company to achieve its objectives through the operation documented procedures within the quality assurance system, that will be maintained and implemented throughout the management functions, which are properly controlled and monitored to ensure the use of quality product and prevention of non-conformity.

Management will ensure that the importance of this policy in meeting its customers as well as statutory and regulatory requirements, is communicated to all staff. All persons within the Company undergo a programme of staff training and development to ensure they understand, implement and maintain the quality policy objectives.

In order to ensure the effectiveness and continual improvement of the quality management system measurable quality objectives have been set that will be regularly reported on.

The quality system and performance of the Company will be reviewed at 6-monthly intervals by management within the Company in accordance with the management review procedure to ensure the continuing suitability and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the quality policy, objectives and procedures.
