Health & Safety

It is the policy of M. Clarke & Sons Ltd to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors, contractors and others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 and other statutory requirements and codes of practice.

It is the Company’s intention to conduct its business in a way that presents no risk of injury or ill health to its employees; giving rise to no damage to its plant, equipment, materials or any other property as a result of accidents, fires or dangerous occurrences.

We set out our principles on Health and Safety and communicate them to all employees.

• We will comply fully with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• All accidents are preventable.
