Clarkes achieve ISO 9001!

Clarke Facades are delighted to have obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
ISO 9001 is an international standard, used as a benchmark for quality. ISO is an independent, non-governmental organization that brings together international experts that develop management system standards supporting continual improvement helping lead to innovation and solutions to global challenges. It sets out the criteria for a quality management system. In February 2017, our management system was independently audited and awarded with this prestigious certification.
To obtain ISO 9001 there is a stringent certification process, we have further enhanced our system and processes, resulting in even greater synergy across all departments and different aspects of the company.
A strict criteria must be applied throughout all aspects of the business. This certification is the culmination of a long-term initiative to implement and integrate Quality Management Systems and involved Clarkes entire business being analyzed by the auditors.
Obtaining ISO 9001 will help us to enhance our strong client focus, providing further evidence to potential and existing clients that quality is in every aspect of the company and we take quality seriously further enhancing our credibility.
ISO 9001 will also ensure we continue to improve and progress in all aspects paying particular attention to quality in all of our systems and processes. ISO 9001 will also ensure we continue to grow with an undertone of quality.
