Clarke Facades are proud to announce that we have been successful in securing the prestigious Westminster Quarter London, project to work alongside Mc Aleer & Rushe for client Taylor Wimpey in completing the stunning building envelope on this development.
The development which is expected to be completed for February 2017 will comprise of 102 private luxury apartments, ranging from studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms and many with private outdoor space. A landscaped roof terrace and roof lounge will also be installed offering residents incomparable views of the Houses of Parliament and other iconic landmarks.
Mark Wiggins, Business Development and Marketing Manager at Clarke Facades commented:“We are delighted to continue our strong working relationship with McAleer & Rushe and start work on this prestige project which will overlook the iconic Houses of Parliament. Our element of work will involve us installing a bronze effect cladding system which will blend in nicely to the surrounding area and giving the building a striking finish. There is no doubt that this will be a challenging project for all parties involved, but I believe the capabilities of our project management and design teams will shine through in delivering another successful scheme right in the heart of London.”
Construction work has already begun by McAleer & Rushe, as can be seen from the image below. Clarke Facades are due to start on site around August 2016.
