Building envelope work is continuing apace at Adelaide Street, Belfast.

Work is progressing well on the site of Clarke Facades new contract to deliver the full building envelope to a new state of the art 126,000 sq ft Grade A office accommodation located in Adelaide Street, Belfast. The new development located in the heart of Belfast City Centre will replace a decrepit 1970’s nine storey structure which has remained vacant for many years.

Working alongside main contractor Mc Aleer and Rushe on this highly prestigious £18m project for main client Belfast City Council, Clarke Facades are installing a broad scope of works on this project which involve;

  • Metsec Steel Framing
  • Sto Render
  • Alucobond Cladding Panels

The new development is expected to be completed towards the end of 2016.
