Building envelope work at Belfast City Council’s new ultra-modern office is almost complete with the project due to be handed over in September 2016.
Working alongside Mc Aleer and Rushe and Todd Architects for client Belfast City Council, Clarke Facades are delivering the full building envelope to a new state of the art, 126,000 sq ft Grade A office accommodation over 10 storeys located in Adelaide Street, Belfast.
The new offices are located in the heart of Belfast City Centre within close proximity to Belfast City’s Councils existing buildings at City Hall and the Cecil Ward Building on Linenhall Street.
The contract maximises the full range of services offered by Clarke Facades with the company undertaking the complex cladding, render and framing system stipulated by the client and architect.
This is the latest high-profile project to be undertaken by the company, with building envelope work progressing well on The Curtain Club and Private Members Club, Westminster Quarter, Queen Mary University and Weybridge Business Park.
